At German Creek’s coal handling and preparation plant, the main-substation assignment replaced existing oil-filled circuit breakers. Its scope was the design and installation of two ABB Pass circuit breakers. The work took place at the CHPP main substation of Anglo American’s German Creek operation.
The Lease Boundary assignment at German Creek addressed existing oil circuit breakers. Its recorded scope was the design and installation of two new zone substations to replace them. The work formed part of the German Creek mining assignment for Anglo American.
The Lillyvale project replaced an aged wood-pole power line with 20 km of 66 kV concrete-pole line. The 20 km replacement line was designed and installed. Mark Clarke is named as Commissioning Manager in the project commissioning plan. This was an Anglo German Creek Mine assignment.
